Trip Overview

This 7-Day The Great Serengeti Migration Safari package has been designed specifically to focus on and to increase your chance to see the great Serengeti Wildebeest Migration. We have designed the itinerary to include (central and south Serengeti National Park).

Day 01 :

Arrival/Kilimanjaro – Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Intl Airport, you'll be greeted by a senior safari guide who and drive you to the hotel in Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay.

Arusha is a city in northern Tanzania and the capital of the Arusha Region, with a population of 416,442 plus 323,198 in the surrounding Arusha District Located below Mount Meru on the eastern edge of the eastern branch of the Great Rift Valley, Arusha has a temperate climate. The city is close to the Serengeti National Park, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Lake Manyara National Park, Olduvai Gorge, Tarangire National Park, Mount Kilimanjaro, and Arusha National Park on Mount Meru.

Day 02 :

Arusha – Tarangire National Park – Karatu

Meet your guide Depart after breakfast and drive to Tarangire National park with some stops at interesting points to take pictures and experience Tanzania at its best. Morning game drive in the park. Proceed to Karatu for the overnight.
Overnight at Bougainvillea Safari Lodge (full board).

Day 03 :

Ngorongoro Conservation Area (Ngorongoro Crater) - Serengeti National Park (Central)

Early departure and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater floor for a game drive. After breakfast, we’ll head towards the heart of wild Africa to the Serengeti National Park and If you’re lucky today, perhaps a rare, black rhino might cross your path (picnic lunch). Overnight at Thorntree Camp (full board).

Day 04 :

Serengeti National Park (Central)

Morning and afternoon game drive in the park, we set off for our next destination, the Central Serengeti, a journey of around 115km with an expected time of around 5 hours. There will be plenty to see on the way. Lunch at the camp.
Overnight at Thorntree Camp (full board).

Day 05 :

Serengeti National Park (South)

Early departure to southern Serengeti, game drive along the route. Today’s highlight is unknown as the animals don’t publish their schedule and what we see also depends on the season, but this area is where bushland meets grassland, a favorite spot for big cats looking for prey. Overnight at Kontiki Serengeti Camp (full board).

Day 06 :

Serengeti National Park (South)

Morning and afternoon game drive in the park. Lunch at the camp. The drive south from the Mara river valley takes you through hill country, the Lobo area, woodlands, and then back into the Seronera terrain.
Overnight at Kontiki Serengeti Camp (full board).

Day 07 :

Serengeti – Manyara National Park - Arusha

After breakfast, drive to Manyara National Park for a game drive, and pic-nic lunch.
Transfer to JRO for your outbound flight.
(Game drive in Manyara is possible if clients have a late evening departure flight only).

10 giorni di safari nel nord della Tanzania, bellissimo nonostante la pioggia… Deo, la nostra guida/driver, é stato decisamente all’altezza della situazione…. Guidare tra il fango e le strade allagate non era facile ma lui é stato bravissimo, non abbiamo avuto alcun problema, ma anzi ha aiutato altre macchine in difficoltà. Parla bene l’italiano, avvista e conosce bene gli animali. É sempre stato molto attento, disponibile e gentile…. Complimenti a Deo e a Masha. Io e mia moglie Dicembre 2025 pronti a trascorrere un Natale un pò particolare ! poco a che vedere con ciò che gia di bello avremmo immaginato : emozionante , coinvolgente ,sorprendente, un ondata di senzazioni che hanno riempito , giorno dopo giorno occhi , anima e cuore. Una natura vera, sembrava respirasse insieme a noi ; abbiamo goduto della vista di tutti , dico tutti gli animali. Il tutto non sarebbe stato possibile senza Masha ed i suoi ragazzi , professionali,disponibili, sempre attenti a dare una risposta al fiume di emozioni giornaliere..... con un occhio particolare a farti notare e conoscere la loro gente , fiera , gentile,tollerante verso chiunque. We recently completed our safari with Branded Africa Safaris (late November), and we highly recommend them! It was an incredibly well-organized and memorable trip. Our guide, Elisante, was exceptional. He expertly guided us through the parks (Tarangire, Serengeti, Lake Manyara, and Ngorongoro Crater). He was great at explaining key facts about the areas and provided a lot of interesting information about the animals and plants we encountered. His knowledge truly enhanced our experience. The vehicle was top-notch. Our safari Jeep was comfortable and featured a refrigerator stocked with cold drinks and handy charging stations for our devices. The accommodations chosen for us were all fantastic. Every lodge and camp was beautiful with comfortable rooms and delicious food. We were very impressed by the quality throughout our stay. From our warm welcometo the final drop-off, the Branded Africa Safaris staff were attentive and kind. Their smooth organization allowed us to fully focus on enjoying the safari. We absolutely recommend Branded Africa Safaris for an unforgettable trip to Tanzania!
