Payment Details and Cancellation Terms
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Why pay by credit card?
Credit card payments are the fastest and most convenient way to confirm your booking. Approval is obtained instantly, allowing us to secure your reservations immediately.
Failed transactions
If your transaction is declined, please contact your bank to authorize international payments to Tanzania. Many banks have protective measures in place to prevent unauthorized overseas charges.
4% surcharge
Please note that all credit card payments are subject to a 4% bank surcharge. This fee is charged by the bank and not by Branded Africa Safaris.
Payment confirmation
Once your transaction is approved, you will receive an online receipt. Kindly keep a copy for your records and send us a copy to help us confirm your reservation promptly.
Pesapal payments
Payments can also be made through Pesapal. For secure processing, please use this link: Pesapal Payment Portal.
How to transfer
Payments can be made via online banking or directly through your local bank branch. Please ensure that all beneficiary account details are accurate to avoid delays or disputes.
Bank charges
Wire transfers may incur additional charges from intermediary or receiving banks, usually between $25 – $75. These fees are the client’s responsibility.
Payment confirmation
Once you have completed the transfer, please send us a scanned copy of the transaction confirmation so we can follow up with our bank.
Processing time
International wire transfers may take up to 7 business days before the funds are credited to our account.
More than 30 days before departure, 50% of the deposit is forfeited; 30–15 days before departure, 50% of the total cost is forfeited. Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost forfeited. 30 days or below or No Show, 100% of total costs.
Important Notes:
Tour packages are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total package cost.
The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the tour start date, full payment or 50% deposit (as advised) is required at the time of booking.
